1. Scope of application The following terms and conditions apply to all projects.

Customers within the meaning of these terms and conditions are business customers (B2B & B2C).

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

Projects are concluded with a separate contract and all relevant key points.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English. 

4. Severability Clause

Should a provision of this contract be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The parties undertake to replace an ineffective provision with an effective provision that comes as close as possible to this provision.
